Flexible thinking in the digital age

In the digital economy the transition from a good job in terms of product and service to an excellent job is decisive. A differentiating factor is the ability to satisfy all the stakeholders of the organization, using different cognitive languages.

Our goals are are:

  • to improve the implementation of cooperation behaviors, the level of productivity through the application of flexible thinking techniques and tools. This includes attitudes and awareness of the perception of service quality.

The key points and tasks of the workshop are

  • Improving new “ways of working”: more work for processes and customer logic and more productivity.
  • Promoting an open and more horizontal culture oriented towards innovation and change management.

Teaching methodology

Active experimentation, analysis of case studies, role playing, project work and business games.
